Well it looks like someone posted a clip from the 2002 film "Returner" online.  It's the cool part at the end with the big transforming 747 jet.  I'm not sure how this works with copyright laws and stuff, but it's so cool I thought I'd add it to my list of live transformers done by other people.  You can check it out right here.

Now the model was tweaked, textured and rigged and posed by other artists.  I didn't model the hair or boots, and I didn't really touch her face as the in-game model is already pretty high poly.  When I get some spare time I'll post my "unfiltered" Lara model on the website here.
